Data and purposes

We collect your name, email and message to respond to enquiries about treatments and products. Do not submit health information, documents or other sensitive data. The website does not archive message text: it forwards it to sandrabynails@gmail.com. Required fields are mandatory only if you choose the form; you may use email, phone or WhatsApp instead.

Legal bases

Enquiries about our services rely on requested pre-contractual steps (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)); other correspondence and security rely on legitimate interests in responding and preventing abuse (f). Acknowledging the notice is not advertising consent. Maps loads only with your optional choice, withdrawable in the footer (a). The form does not subscribe you to marketing.

Security and retention

We use an antispam field, a signed token valid for 30 minutes and request limits. For those limits we retain a connection-address identifier transformed with a secret key and the attempt time, not the message. Entries expire after 24 hours and are deleted on the next attempt. Emails are kept as needed for the enquiry and subsequent relationships; legal duties and defence of rights follow applicable periods. Hosting logs are managed by the provider; contact us for details.

Recipients and external services

The owner and authorised technical, hosting and email support personnel may access necessary data. Requests pass through the hosting email service and are received in Google’s Gmail. Maps receives connection data and may use identifiers when allowed. WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook links open Meta services with their own policies. Form messages are not sent to OpenRouter or other AI services.

Processing outside the European Economic Area

Google states it operates servers in multiple countries; we do not guarantee Gmail and Maps process data only in the EU. External-service policies explain transfers and safeguards; Google’s transfer information is linked below. Ask the controller for providers and safeguards relevant to your enquiry.

Rights and complaints

Where applicable under GDPR, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and object to legitimate-interest processing. Withdraw Maps permission without affecting earlier processing. Email sandrabynails@gmail.com. You may complain to the Italian data protection authority. We do not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on visitors.

Instagram

The gallery displays content from nailsbysandra36, synchronized through Meta’s official APIs and stored on our hosting. Images load from our server without embedding Instagram widgets in your browser. Post links open Instagram, which has its own privacy policy. If synchronization fails, the last available copy may be displayed.
